Meet Troy Simpson

Prior to my real estate career I was in the mortgage origination industry. After a few years of working the mortgage side of the real estate industry, I was offered the position of an assistant to a top agent who specialized in real estate investment/restoration. I became very interested in the real estate field and decided to begin my own career in real estate by affiliating with Crye-Leike REALTORS® in 2013 as a salesperson. I obtained my Broker’s license in 2017 and formed my own brokerage firm, Allen Austin Realty, that same year. I continue as the Qualifying Broker of Allen Austin Realty to present date and I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with both buyers and sellers. It has been meaningful to work with first-time buyers as they find their special home and with sellers in seeing their home sold for the best price and in the shortest amount of time possible. I have been an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the Cherokee Association of REALTORS® since becoming a licensed agent. I subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics which is a detailed document that spells out the professional responsibilities of every REALTOR®
